When you place an order, you sign an agreement of economic rights, ensuring token holders gain benefits such as buying, selling, and dividends. These rights mirror those of traditional shareholders. For example, if you hold tokens linked to SpaceX and SpaceX announces a dividend, stock split, or a spin-off (of Starlink, for example), your economic rights will be processed in alignment with how SpaceX treats its shareholders. Owning a Jarsy token is akin to holding economic rights equivalent to a SpaceX shareholder, but without holding the actual equity.

How can I deposit funds to invest?

a. For USDC users: Use centralized exchanges (e.g., OKX, Binance, Kraken) or decentralized wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger) to transfer funds. Copy your Jarsy wallet address (located in the top-right corner after logging in) and transfer via the Arbitrum network. ⚠️ Important: If you don’t use Arbitrum in the Network option, your funds will be lost and cannot be recovered! b. For fiat users: In the U.S.: Use Zelle to scan the QR code and transfer funds. For amounts exceeding Zelle's limit, use wire transfer. Fees vary by transaction, and you will be able to see the details before placing an order. Jarsy’s business model is based on one-time transaction fees. So we minimize management and carry fees if possible, unless our supplier fund has to charge that. Below are the definitions of management and carry fees. Management fees: Pre-IPO management funds typically charge recurring fees to cover the ongoing costs of managing investments, usually around 2% annually of the principal amount. Carry fees represent a share of the profits from an investment, commonly seen in pre-IPO deals to incentivize fund managers. For example, if you invest $100 and SpaceX becomes $110, you earn a $10 profit. A 5% carry fee means Jarsy would take 50 cents from the $10 profit.
